After reviewing this product, I believe that the Grip-n-Assist belt with its patented grips is by far the best and most unique product on the market in terms of lumbar support.

In my professional opinion, this product will provide critical support to the back and abdomen by reducing discomfort and pressure on muscles and joints while keeping the spinal column aligned for better and healthier posture.

I bought one of these belts because my 97 year old mother has no balance left in her and many times she has to be told what to do next with her feet.  So holding her up was a a real challenge.

Now that I have the grip-n-assist belt, she is much easier to handle  and it is  alot less tiring for me.   I really like this belt and would recomend it to anyone who is in a situation like mine.

My son DJ is a little boy with brain injury who drops to the floor when he doesn’t want to do something or is upset and it is increasingly hard to get him into a standing position.  I feel like we are twisting his arms and hands and shoulders as he struggles to stay down when he doesn't want to walk.  He is 6 and 65 pounds but is like a two year old developmentally.  He breaks away from us and caretakers when we are walking him and takes off running.  Since he is partially blind he can really get hurt.

Just wanted you to know that I received the grip-n-assist belt for DJ.  I am actually having a meeting tomorrow with the school to get them onboard with using it.  You would think that as a mother, I would just be able to say that I want him wearing it and them using it, but they have to have meetings and trainings and approvals, etc. to be able to use it.  This, of course, has to do with the laws on restrictive measures.  It is important to me that he is safely walked through the halls and can’t break away from them when out on the playground.   They also will not have to pull on his arms and shoulders to assist him up when he doesn’t want to get up.

He is getting used to it at home and I am able to put it on him without wrestling with him now.  At first he just kept pulling at it to get it off.  Now, he doesn’t want me to take it off!!   I think it must feel like a big hug!   It is so much easier to help him to his feet with the grip-n-assist in place.  I am so relieved to not have to be pulling at his arms and shoulders and grabbing clothes to get him to stay put or to get up.  He can’t break away from me now and just dash off without thought to what he may be banging into or running at. Thank you for the Grip-n-Assist belt.
